Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the UK commercial sales team with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include processing sales orders, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
The Sales Coordinator will liaise closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and information flows smoothly across the business. You will support Sales Account Managers, respond to changes in demand, and help maintain accurate sales data, including reporting and basic analysis to support decision-making.

Skills & Experience
The ideal Sales Coordinator will bring previous experience in a sales administration or support role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will be confident using IT systems and CRM platforms, with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
You should be proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, a calm approach under pressure, and the ability to work collaboratively with both sales and technical teams are essential. Experience with data analysis or reporting is advantageous but not essential.
