A lovely, warm family based in Richmond is looking for a professional and proactive Nanny with an eye for detail and housekeeping skills to join their vibrant household. About the Role: This is a child-focused position with an added emphasis on keeping the home tidy and well-organised. You’ll be at the heart of the family’s day-to-day life—nurturing young children with engaging activities, supporting routines, and ensuring a positive, safe environment. Alongside childcare you’ll also lend a hand with housekeeping to help keep the household calm and well-maintained. Childcare Responsibilities: Engage a young child with fun, age-appropriate learning and play Support healthy routines: meals, naps, outings, and structured activities Prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks Encourage social development, kindness, and good manners Maintain consistency with routines, schedules, and appointments Foster a warm, secure, and stimulating environment Housekeeping Responsibilities: General tidying of play areas, kitchen, and family spaces Laundry and wardrobe organisation Keeping toys and supplies organised and in good condition Errands and household tasks to support family life What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience as a nanny (additional household support a bonus) Warm, dependable, and confident with young children Calm, adaptable, and professional—especially in high-profile settings Naturally organised, with a “can-do” attitude and initiative Respectful of boundaries, privacy, and family values Hours & Salary: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week 7am- 2pm or 9am – 4pm (some flexibility appreciated) £24 per hour, depending on experience
