Job Description
* Perform routine and unplanned machine maintenance
* Work cross-functionally with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
* Identify and troubleshoot machinery problems
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Participate in the design and installation of new equipment
* Record and report on maintenance activities
* Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures
PANAMA SHIFT PATTERN - 12 HOURS - DAYS & NIGHTS (42 HOURS/WEEK AVERAGE)
The Successful Applicant
* A recognised qualification in Engineering (Minimum Level 3)
* Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
* PLC System knowledge would be advantageous
* A solid understanding of manufacturing processes
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
