Security officer

CIS Security has an exciting opportunity for a Security Response Officer to act as a professional ambassador for the company at the West Countrys premier shopping destination. The site features over 70 leading high street brands and a multi-storey car park with more than 1,200 spaces. It is centrally located, approximately a 10-minute walk from Plymouth train station, with The Barcode leisure complex situated adjacent, offering a cinema, restaurants, bars, and indoor entertainment venues. The successful candidate will be expected to consistently deliver high standards of security, professionalism, and customer service to clients, visitors, and all site users.

Information:

• Position: Security Response Officer
• Location: Plymouth (PL1)
• Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
• Hours: Average 24 hours per week
• Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends

Job Requirements:

• SIA Licence required
• Security and customer service experience is required
• Must be flexible and be able to work; days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
• Must have good command of English language
• Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
