The Role

We need a proactive, consultative recruiter to deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers by embracing a promised based culture. You will manage the recruitment life cycle across client accounts and to build strong, long-standing relationships with our Customers, Candidates and External Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company
Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs
To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's
Screen, interview, assess candidates in-line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements
Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing / de-briefing takes place with constructive feedback providedAbout You:
Experienced Recruitment Partner
A minimum of 2 years in direct sourcing
Stakeholder and supplier management
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional Communication
Previous experience in recruiting for either Defence & Space or the Aviation Production/Manufacturing sectors would be deemed advantageous
