Responsibilities
:
1. Work closely with senior members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
2. Develop an understanding of clients' objectives, structure, portfolios and information needs
3. Act as the clients' point of access into GS Asset Management and the wider organisation
4. Proactively service clients to provide resolution to their various enquiries
5. Develop relationships internally across various GS Asset Management product teams, including Fixed Ie & Currency, Equity, Quantitative Strategies, Alternative Investments, Multi-Asset Solutions, as well as other functions such as risk & performance, legal,pliance and operations
6. Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, including presentations, client reports, request for proposals
7. Attend client and/or prospect meetings, as required
8. Organise client events and conferences, including contributing to setting the agenda of topics
9. Conductpetitor/market research and analyses
10. Co-ordinate responses to internal requests for information, requests from COO team/ senior management
11. Support the team in the maintenance of 'clean' client data and coverage in CRM systems
12. Develop & maintain target client lists
13. Support senior members of the team in developing sales strategy for target clients and strategic planning of sales and relationship management business
14. Keep current on GS Asset Management's investment products
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
15. University graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience
16. General knowledge of financial markets and asset management preferred
17. Fluency (written and oral proficiency) in English required
18. Ability tomunicate clearly and concisely with both clients and internal contacts
19. Attention to detail
