As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ communication, teamwork, and self-expression within a supportive and structured learning environment. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage pupils to explore performance, improvisation, and storytelling. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. Support school productions, performances, and extracurricular creative projects. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Drama Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
