Customer Engagement:
Understand and respond to customer requests, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely actions. Resource Allocation:
Assign the right resources to meet customer demands efficiently. Job Management:
Plan and oversee jobs to maximize engineer productivity and manage progress at every stage. Communication:
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed throughout the process. Team Leadership:
Directly manage and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, fostering a culture of high customer satisfaction and service profitability. What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Apprentice-trained engineer with at least 5 years in a similar role. Customer Service Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively. Planning & Organizing:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with gas and diesel engine products, commissioning processes, and parts identification. IT Proficiency:
Good command of Microsoft Office and relevant systems. Working Environment
This is an
office-based
role with a flexible working pattern between
7 AM – 6 PM
on weekdays, and potential Saturday work as needed. You’ll be responsible for planning and dispatching approximately
25 regional field engineers
