Salary: £64,000 dependent on skills and experience Car allowance What you'll be doing: As the Finance Business Partner you will report directly into the Finance Director Air COO supporting Integrated Operations Directors in the Air COO Role will help integrate and drive the overall Performance Framework across the COO, leading and managing a small team to provide high level information and business analysis to drive the strategy, operational performance and improvement plans Provide support to the Air Sector 5-year business plan process. Role will provide functional subject matter expert support to wider business change programmes to ensure clear outcomes, underpinned with robust business cases Support the Sales and Operations process (including improvement activity) and support the COO Finance Director in the integration of pan-COO activities and interface/also acting as a conduit into our Finance Capability Centres Engaging cross functionally, with Senior Managers and Budget Holders, to drive business improvements. The Finance team: This role will report directly into the Finance Director for the Air COO business and will provide Finance Business Partnering support to the Integrated Operations area within the COO. The Air COO lies at the 'heart' of the Air Sector business and has c.7,000 employees who provide both Operational and Functional services across the sector, ensuring we deliver our customer contracts to time, quality and cost. Within the Air COO business there are 5 operational Service Delivery Units (SDU's) covering Manufacturing, Engineering, Support and Services, Procurement, and Technology & Infrastructure. The role will help integrate and drive the overall Performance Framework across the COO, ensuring there is consistency and standardisation in approach. This will involve leading and managing a small team in the provision of high level information and business analysis to drive the strategy, operational performance and improvement plans.
