Part-Time Paralegal – SaaS Company (2 days/week) Location: South West London/Remote (must be UK based)
A growing SaaS company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to join their Legal/Compliance team on a part-time basis. This role is key in supporting the business with contract management, data governance, and supplier compliance, ensuring commercial agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
Support data governance initiatives, ensuring suppliers handle company data correctly.
Monitor regulatory changes affecting SaaS businesses and advise the team accordingly.
Assist with process improvements for contract management, documentation, and compliance workflows.
Experience working in a SaaS/software company environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial agreements (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs) and contract review processes.
Understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks efficiently in a part-time capacity.
