IT Manager
Location: Yorkshire (with occasional travel)
Salary: £50 - 55k
Contract: Full-time
Boost Talent have exclusively partnered with Yorkshire Cancer Research to select an IT Manager and play a key role in driving their digital growth and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee our IT infrastructure, optimise cybersecurity, lead key projects, and support the rapidly growing charity.
What Youll Do:
Manage and enhance IT infrastructure, security, and user support.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee IT service providers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with SLAs.
Develop and implement IT processes, policies, and cybersecurity measures.
Provide technical guidance to leadership and key stakeholders.
Support IT needs for new retail stores and cancer centres.
Lead and develop a small IT team, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Deliver IT training to enhance digital skills across the organisation.
What Were Looking For:
Experience managing IT infrastructure, service providers, and cybersecurity.
Strong leadership skills with experience in IT project management .
Knowledge of ITIL, IT service management, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
A Strong Technical background working with 365 tools, Meraki and Copilot
Desirable:
A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
Experience working in a Microsoft environment.
A full UK driving licence for regional travel.
