We’re looking for a highly organised and reliable Business Administrator / Personal Assistant to support a growing fire safety business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to be part of an expanding company.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the business and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Typical duties will include:
• Managing emails and calendars
• Scheduling site visits and appointments
• Preparing documents and reports
• Customer communication
• Maintaining records and compliance documents
• Invoicing and basic bookkeeping support
• General business administration
• Supporting the director with day-to-day tasks
Location
Hybrid - Office-based with some days working from home
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Confident in communicating with clients
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Professional and proactive
Previous experience in administration, PA work, or office management is preferred.
Experience in construction, compliance, or fire safety would be an advantage, but is not essential.
