About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dealership team. As a key member of the sales management team you will be responsible for maximising finance and insurance (F&I) penetration ensuring compliance and supporting the sales team in closing deals and delivering a first-class customer experience.
This is an ideal role for a results-driven individual with a strong background in automotive finance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
* Drive F&I product sales (finance warranties insurance etc.) to achieve departmental targets
* Support the sales team in structuring and closing vehicle deals
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores
* Accurately complete and audit all relevant documentation
* Assist in training and mentoring the sales team on F&I processes and customer presentation
* Report financial performance and conversion metrics to senior management
What Were Looking For :
* Previous experience as a Business Manager Transaction Manager or Sales Controller in the motor trade
* Proven track record in F&I performance and compliance
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Strong understanding of FCA and SAF requirements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
* Full UK driving licence
