Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy in Glossop. The pharmacy is commutable from Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Derbyshire and is located on a high street with a strong relationship to the local GP surgery/health centre.
Responsibilities
* Dispense approximately 4500 items per month and manage central hub blister dispensing (1259 community blisters).
* Provide a wide range of NHS and private services, including COVID‑19 vaccines.
* Deliver specialist services to approximately 18 substance misuse patients per month.
* Work within the pharmacy operating hours of 9am‑6.30pm Monday‑Thursday (contracted), with store open 9am‑6.30pm Monday‑Friday.
* Collaborate with GP surgery and health centre to support patient care.
* Support area operations and regional managers, participating in regular structured pharmacy visits.
Qualifications
* MPharm degree or equivalent.
* Registration with the GPhC upon start date.
* Management experience desired but not essential.
* Experience in community pharmacy dispensing and services.
