Overview
We're seeking a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of AI-enabled business and ServiceNow transformation programmes. The role blends technical and functional responsibilities across ITSM, CSM, and HR workflows, with a focus on project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder management. You'll help shape and deliver enterprise service transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead workshops to define requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
* Translate business needs into ServiceNow solution designs, user stories, and delivery plans.
* Oversee delivery of ITSM, CSM, and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
* Track KPIs and support adoption to ensure measurable transformation outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* 4–8 years' experience
in ServiceNow delivery, ITSM/CSM/HR projects, or digital transformation consulting.
* Strong understanding of enterprise service management processes and agile delivery methods.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
* Certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
