Job Title: Functional Skills Tutor Location: Lyneham, Wiltshire Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays About the Role We are supporting a leading training organisation delivering programmes across Salisbury and Wiltshire, with a focus on supporting UK defence infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Functional Skills Tutor to teach, coach, assess, and support learners, helping them achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential. You will deliver face-to-face English and Maths courses (Level 1 & 2) to apprentices, with cohort sizes of up to 16 learners. In addition, you will act as an Apprenticeship Support Coach, providing extra guidance to ensure learners stay on track and succeed.
