About the role
You will ensure customer needs are exceeded by working in various store areas, including shelf filling, serving at tills, stock management, and picking deliveries. No two days are the same, and your efforts will ensure customers receive quick and efficient service.
We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
* Checking product quality, shelf life, and packaging for delivery readiness.
* Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate responses to queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
