Shepherd Neame is seeking full-time, seasonal Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us until September. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect job for you.
Located overlooking one of the North Kent Coast's finest beaches, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington offers a relaxed, stylish setting with stunning views, excellent food, a wide drinks selection, and friendly service. The pub is near Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum, with opportunities to explore the historic area through Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Pub Walk, which begins and ends at the pub.

If you do not have previous hospitality experience, don't worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities listed below, we will provide training to equip you with all the necessary skills.
