TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded law firm based in Chepstow is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the fee earners in managing a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Responsibilities will include:
Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
Conducting title checks and searches
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties
Drafting standard letters and documents
Assisting with exchange and completion procedures
File opening, AML checks, and general administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competent IT skills, including experience with case management systems
