We are seeking 2 Graduate Design Managers to join our Cardiff/Bristol Business Unit.
You will be primarily focused within the Design Management function, with opportunity to learn about some of the following areas;
· Digital Construction & Sustainability
· Preconstruction & Programming
· Commercial
· Safety, Health & Environment
· Site Management
As part of the Morgan Sindall Graduate programme you will have access to first class training and mentoring alongside your cohort of Graduates from across the construction business.
What are we looking for?
Degree educated, preferably with a Construction or Design Qualification (Architecture/Engineering or similar). An interest in joining the construction industry in a role that oversees the management of design information that is critical in the successful delivery of every construction project. Key criteria for a successful candidate would be an eye for detail and to be a team player, getting stuck into whatever is needed. We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in our company and have a passion for the built environment and construction. Our most successful graduates have a positive attitude, want to learn, link disciplines and work well with others.

Recruitment Process

2. In-Person interview with the recruiting line manager who will be responsible for you during your Graduate programme at Morgan Sindall.
