A new and exclusive client in the heart of Medway is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator who is looking to forge a career within the financial planning industry. This close knit team have the most intellectual senior management in their industry, who will be training you to be a well equipped IFA Administrator. Role created due to internal promotion from growth.
Duties of the IFA Administrator:
- Gain a signed application form from the client and log relevant documentation, information and correspondence onto the IO CRM.
- Chase providers to gain relevant documentation and information for the binder folder for the meeting.
- Gain relevant documentation from clients and collate all information into the binder folder for the financial advisor at least 48 hours before the meeting.
- If the client is going through a pension transfer, keep the client regularly updated and give accurate time frames.
- Handling roughly new 4 client applications a week.
- Working effectively on the investment platforms such as Novia, Aviva, Link, Standard Life etc.
- Apply pressure to providers who are taking a long time to hand over relevant documentation and demand time frames.
- Gaining and chasing letters of authority.
- Be confident to be on the phone and chase relevant information rather than using email.
