Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison
Location: Leeds
Rate / Hours: £12.57 / 40 hours
Type of Contract: Permanent
Malmaison is part of Frasers Hospitality. We are looking for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor who will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping to manage flow and communicate with the Kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and offer a range of shifts. We support career training with nationally recognized apprenticeships and a strong brand training program.
Responsibilities
* Act as the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, delivering high standards of service.
* Manage guest flow and coordinate with the Kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
* Support and supervise team members to maintain guest service standards and brand expectations.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate service, including during busy periods.
Requirements
* Experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar environment.
* Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends; flexible when required.
* Aiming for progression toward Head of Department positions within Malmaison.
