About the Role
Our client, an AI-first Cybersecurity scale-up, is looking for a Business Automation Lead to own and accelerate digital transformation across the company. This is a "coach-player" role: you will lead a small team while remaining deeply hands‑on in identifying, designing, and deploying automations that replace manual processes and drive measurable productivity gains. You will sit at the intersection of operations, data, and AI, fundamentally changing how the business runs.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Leadership: Define the end-to-end automation strategy across all functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, CS, HR).
* Hands-on Delivery: Actively design and build automations and rapid prototypes. You will ship value quickly and iterate.
* AI Integration: Pragmatically apply AI (LLMs, agents, document processing) to solve real business bottlenecks.
* Business Partnership: Partner with functional leaders to translate complex business problems into technical automation solutions.
* Team Development: Mentor and grow a small automation team, setting high standards for quality and maintainability.
Candidate Profile
* Proven Experience: Leading business automation or operations transformation initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
* Tech Stack: Expert-level experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
* AI Native: Instinctive understanding of how to leverage LLMs and intelligent agents within business workflows.
* Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Data Integration, APIs, and Salesforce.
* Mindset: Outcome-focused, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t wait for instructions; you hunt for problems to solve.
