As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality hard and soft services mainly in the West End of London, coordinating service delivery, managing contractors, and ensuring high standards.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary contact between the Client, Contractors, and Bellrock, maintaining effective communication.
2. Manage Asset Sustainability and Operational Plans in collaboration with the Technical Manager, updating actions on the Deepki system.
3. Utilize bespoke software solutions to enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and maintenance across assets.
4. Monitor onsite IEQ and BMS software to proactively manage comfort, air quality, and energy consumption.
5. Engage building occupiers and visitors through feedback surveys and engagement platforms.
6. Attend meetings related to projects, health and safety, and service reviews.
7. Manage reactive and planned works via the Concerto system, ensuring timely completion and accurate records for invoicing.
8. Complete invoicing and financial reconciliation accurately and promptly.
9. Coordinate with Contractors to ensure work quality and performance standards are met, conducting inspections and maintaining records.
10. Support project initiatives and resolve service delivery issues with various departments.
11. Assist in budget preparation and produce monthly reports for clients.
12. Conduct site audits, record findings, and follow up on actions.
13. Maintain statutory records and support health and safety and environmental obligations.
14. Implement social impact initiatives, events, and occupier engagement activities.
Requirements
* Positive attitude and commitment to doing the right thing.
* Experience with total FM contracts and delivering Soft and Hard Services.
* Passion for resolving challenges and improving service delivery.
* Knowledge of technology systems relevant to FM.
* Understanding of client relationship management and sustainability practices.
* Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder levels.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to support emergency and safety procedures.
* Health and Safety qualification.
* Ability to support training and supervise staff.
Working Arrangements
This role offers flexible working arrangements, with a requirement to work from the Strand, London, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a lunch break.
