Hours: Saturday 15:00 - 19:00. This role involves championing our cafe offerings, sharing knowledge of food and drink trends, and delivering great service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store and cafe area clean, with shelves stocked.
* Deliver on daily sales targets, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and provide remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and promote products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
* Be a brand ambassador who promotes the cafe menu and creates an inclusive cafe environment.
* Work across various areas of the store as required, adapting to changing demands.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the cafe and store.
* Monitor and respond to daily sales targets and promotions.
* Proactively assist customers and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Build product knowledge to effectively recommend products and services.
