Your Role

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer based in Birmingham to join our 2026 Graduate Programme. As part of our collaborative design team focused on innovative solutions for water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and hydraulic systems, you will:

* Contribute to the design and delivery of complex engineering projects.
* Work on pump hydraulics, valve selection, piping systems, and related equipment.
* Be involved across the entire project lifecycle, from front-end engineering design through to detailed design, installation, and construction support.

Our project portfolio spans across the UK, with a strong focus on serving local water frameworks. You will have the chance to contribute to impactful, sustainable projects, including nature-based and advanced water solutions.


Professional Development

We know our ongoing success depends on yours. Each graduate is allocated a Chartered Engineer as a mentor to support progression toward professional chartership, with structured development plans and a supportive early careers community.


About You
