Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cardiology Nurse to join the Heart Failure Nurse Specialist team on a fixed-term or secondment basis at Salisbury District Hospital. The post holder will receive relevant training in order to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with heart failure across inpatient and outpatient settings. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse with relevant cardiology experience to work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job Provide specialist assessment, treatment, and expert advice for patients admitted with a potential diagnosis of heart failure, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis, management, and discharge. Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualised, evidence-based treatment and management plans for all patients. Please see attached Job Description and Person Spec.
