Responsibilities:
* Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment. Daily cash up and safe checks.
* Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organized environment
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
* Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
* Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
* Provide leadership and support to the team
Skills:
* Minimum 2 years experience in supervising and managing a team in a hospitality setting
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
