We’re looking for a committed and driven Residential Manager to lead our 8-bed residential service in Solihull. About the Role: As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. Managing a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal quality standards. Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for residents in a safe and nurturing environment. Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing or deputising in a residential care setting for adults with complex needs. Strong understanding of learning disabilities, mental health, and behaviours that may challenge. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards). A values-led approach focused on respect, dignity, and positive outcomes.
