Summary
A Level 2 Apprentice Parts Advisor is required. You will become integral within the department by providing aftermarket support in the supply of OEM spare parts to an extensive customer base and internal departments. Duties include receiving orders via telephone, email and any other medium made available, such as online portals.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Order intake and processing:
* Receiving orders via telephone, email and any other medium made available, such as online portals
* Booking parts out of stock and preparing delivery notes
Order Picking/Dispatch:
* Pick parts, package them securely, and prepare address labels for couriers
* Goods in/out
* Receive incoming spare parts into stock and locate them in the parts dept
* Book in warranty, return spare parts and locate them in the quarantine area
* When necessary, load and unload spare parts and equipment from delivery vehicles
Customer Service:
* Assist customers and internal staff with the identification of spare parts
* Creating quotations for customers
* Assist customers with queries related to departmental issues, such as late deliveries, incorrect parts etc.
* Update customers with ETAs

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
Mathematics & English (grade 9-4 (A*-C))
