Job Title - Operations Team Lead
Location - Dungannon
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 18:00 - 02:15 am
Contract Type
* 1x 12 Months Contract - maternity cover, Full-time, monthly paid
Key Responsibilities
* lead, coach and support your team to achieve production goals
* maintain compliance with health&safety, hygiene, and quality standards
* drive efficiency, productivity, and team engagement
* promote a culture of improvement and accountability
* responsible for the performance and speeds of lines with the aim of maximising line efficiency
* monitor, control and report on the product quality of your area including product entering and leaving the area and the labelling of products.
* work to improve the work methods for productivity, performance, safety of the operation
* work closely with the managers in order to achieve KPIs and attend team meetings as required and contribute to good communication between management and operatives
* responsible for ensuring food safety, integrity, legality and quality at all times
* understand the Pilgrim's Europe Health and Safety Policy, Company Safety Rules and Statutory requirements applying to all operations under your control
About You:
* experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role, ideally in manufacturing or food production
* Understanding of targets and KPI reporting.
* Computer Literate
* strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* a proactive, hands-on approach with focus on performance and development
* a strong understanding of health and safety and quality systems
* good attention to detail and able to use own initiative
