Role Description:
Duty Manager role:
Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day running and administration of the Front Office department.
Training and developing the existing and new members of the team.
Ensuring sufficient efficiency is in place across processes in the department.
Assisting front Office associate with the usual interactions with guests, such as check in and check out, sharing information and dealing with guest requests and complaints.
Duty Manager requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department as a Shift Leader or higher.
Experience in and enjoys the process of developing a team.
Be an expert in Opera and other MS Office systems.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
