Must have’s
* 2+ years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a customer support environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and monitor team performance against KPIs
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Analytical skills to review data and identify trends
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
* Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality service

* Knowledge of industrial products or technical sales environments
* Familiarity with customer support software and tools
* Understanding of customer service best practice
So, what will you be doing?
* Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives
* Monitoring KPIs and driving performance to meet or exceed sales targets
* Reviewing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service standards
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers via telephone and email
* Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
* Resolving customer queries and escalating complex issues where required
* Collaborating with Area Sales Managers to optimise order conversion
* Supporting outbound calls and following up on quotes to secure new business
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and overseeing reporting for senior management
* Ensuring documentation and departmental processes are kept up to date
