An established, yet immensely ambitious investor backed London based software house that focuses heavily on enterprise level solutions is seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead the business through its next phase of growth and value creation. The Ideal Candidate A proven CEO and commercial leader who’s progressed though commercial (sales and marketing) departments, with strong strategic instincts and boardroom presence. You will – Have led or been closely involved in successful business exits. You’ll have experience overseeing delivery functions and managing complex digital product portfolios. You’ll bring energy, drive, and a hands-on approach, while inspiring high performance across the business. The Role Lead growth across the company’s core markets with a clear, customer-led strategy. Drive product innovation and ensure operational excellence. Build value towards a successful exit event – a major focus of this role. Remuneration Basic salary is flexible and competitive but not considered the main driver. Incentives will include OTE, equity with a substantial reward tied to a successful exit, aligned to value achieved.
