Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice environment.
* Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Skills
* Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with patients of all ages.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also being capable of working independently when necessary.
* Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in both clinical tasks and record keeping.
* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation purposes.
