*The Opportunity*
This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing firm that's scaling from 6–7 teams to 20. Founded by a successful broker, the business is directly authorised, unrestricted, and built around letting brokers do what they do best – advise.
* £35,000 basic salary
* Tiered commission: 30–50% based on performance
* Clear path to transition to self-employed if desired
* No evenings or weekends – office hours only (8:30-4:30 or 9:00-5:00)

* No admin – paraplanners handle case progression
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Receive and manage high-quality leads
* Conduct initial calls, present terms, and complete research
* Pass cases to paraplanners for processing
* Advise across all mortgage types including bridging, development finance, equity release, and secured loans
*What We're Looking For*
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced brokerage
* Hungry, money-motivated, and able to keep up with demand
* Must live within 1 hour of the Surrey office
