Robert Half is partnering with a global hospitality company renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences through technology and service excellence. To support their expanding IT environment, we are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer for an initial 3-6 month contract to drive solutions, optimise systems, and strengthen enterprise security.
Responsibilities:
The IT Systems Engineer will focus on enterprise endpoint management, identity and access solutions, and process automation. This position is initially contract-only, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
1. Provide support and engineering expertise for enterprise IT systems.
2. Manage and optimise endpoint environments using VMware Workspace ONE.
3. Administer identity and access management using Okta and Active Directory.
4. Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
5. Support privileged access security initiatives leveraging CyberArk.
6. Troubleshoot escalated issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
7. Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
8. Assist with IT projects, migrations, and deployments as needed.
Skills:
9. 5+ years of experience in IT engineering and system administration
10. Proven hands-on experience with Workspace ONE, Okta, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and CyberArk.
11. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
12. Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance best practices.
13. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
14. Knowledge of ITIL processes or other structured support frameworks.
15. Experience integrating identity management and endpoint security solutions.

16. Initial 3-6 month contract with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
17. London-based position with a hybrid working arrangement.
