MedicsPro—one of the UK’s leading medical recruitment agencies—is growing in Romford. We’re hiring an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing healthcare talent to managing client relationships and delivering placements.
What you’ll do:
* Run the end-to-end 360 process (candidates & clients)
* Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals & hiring managers
* Source for temp & perm roles across the medical sector
* Deliver excellent candidate care and service
* Keep everything sharp & compliant in our CRM
* Hit KPIs & team targets—and celebrate the wins
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
* Strong communication & relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Happy to work onsite in Romford (Mon–Fri)
