Join Our Team as a Manager at Chartwells!
Are you passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service? Do you have the leadership skills to oversee catering and service operations? If so, we want you to join us on a part-time basis, working 32.5 hours per week with a contract of 43.6 weeks per year.
As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our unit and service counters run smoothly, delivering truly incredible experiences for our customers. Your Key Responsibilities
* Supervise teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
* Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and action plan implementation.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Identify opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales.
* Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train our teams, leading by example to help everyone excel.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Manager will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Have a minimum of two years of management experience in a similar sector.
* Demonstrate experience managing teams effectively.
* Exhibit strong financial acumen.
* Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Be an ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill.
