We’re an early-stage start-up on a mission to revolutionise how businesses screen and hire talent with our cutting-edge HR SaaS screening tool. To help us launch and scale, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our founding commercial team.
What we’re looking for:
You might be:
* An SDR with 1–3 years’ experience looking to take the next step into a closing role.
* Or an Account Executive / Sales Executive with B2B tech sales experience who thrives in fast-moving environments.
What you’ll do:
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business.
* Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Managers, and Founders.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product to refine our go-to-market strategy.
* Help shape the sales process and playbook as one of our first sales hires.
What you bring:
* Proven track record in outbound sales (SDR/AE in SaaS or B2B tech).
* Drive, resilience, and hunger to exceed targets.
* Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
