About the Role
Are you reliable, calm under pressure, and great with people? As a Senior Invigilator, you play a key role in making sure exams run smoothly and students feel supported.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team responsible for the smooth running of on‑campus exams. Exams run at our City, Clifton and Brackenhurst Campuses.
As a senior invigilator, you will be responsible for supporting Lead Invigilators with exam administration before and after an exam, and be responsible for ensuring exam regulation is adhered to clearly and fairly throughout the exam. You will support students with Personal Exam Plans as appropriate.

You’re someone who’s punctual, organised, and able to follow clear processes. You communicate confidently with people from all backgrounds, stay professional in busy situations, and handle confidential information with care.

About Us

The Exams Team sit within Academic Registry, a pivotal administrative unit responsible for managing student records, enrolment, graduation and academic policies.
We current have three main exam periods in January, May and August, with ad-hoc appointments availabel throughout the rest of the year.
