Responsibilities
* Lead engineering efforts on complex research projects in machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Optimize algorithms and ensure the scalability and robustness of research prototypes and systems
* Coordinate closely with researchers to align engineering work with research objectives and project goals
Requirements
* MSc in Computer Science or related subject
* Extensive experience researching machine learning algorithms and systems
* Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
* Experience with optimization, reinforcement learning, and/or large language models (LLMs)
* Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)
* Experience with scalable system design and deployment in research or production environments
* Exposure to chip design or applied AI research
