Business Development Manager Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to come in and build relationships with existing clients and expand the client base. Work towards agreed sales goals and targets. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Sales calls should be carried out in a professional manner and appointments made in advance in line with the call planner. Provide technical support to customers in person, via teams, phone or email. Negotiate and close sales deals. Create monthly reports. Use CRM to effectively monitor activity and sales performance. Understand how our products interact and may be modified to meet customer requirements. Attend external and internal meetings where required. Work in collaboration with other BAMs and PMs to identify cross selling opportunities and cross potential BA strategic markets. Understand the competitive landscape for your selected markets. Assist Sales Support with technical queries, supporting customer to find best solution.
