Location: Brierley Hill, Dudley DY5
Pay Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils in Year 5 and Year 6
* Support with daily regulation, transitions, and emotional check-ins
* Reinforce restorative routines and positive behaviour strategies
* Deliver structured SEMH interventions (Zones of Regulation, Nurture groups, etc.)
* Liaise closely with the SENDCo, class teachers, and pastoral staff
* Help pupils re-engage positively with learning and school life
We Are Looking For
* Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour needs in KS2 is essential
* Knowledge of strategies such as restorative practice, de-escalation, and Zones of Regulation
* Calm, consistency, and able to build trust with challenging pupils
* Backgrounds in youth work, PRUs, SEMH settings, or similar are highly valued
