About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to take a pivotal role within our prestigious law firm. This position is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in the legal sector. You will lead the firm’s marketing operations, manage external agencies and suppliers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned campaigns and materials that reflect our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agency & Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with external providers, including website development, SEO, digital marketing, PR, media relations, events, and promotional materials.
* Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the firm’s brand and values.
* Content & Collateral: Ensure all marketing materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
* Event Management: Plan and deliver client events, seminars, and sponsorships to strengthen client engagement.
* Digital Strategy: Collaborate on digital initiatives, including website performance, analytics, and online visibility.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Partners and senior staff, providing strategic marketing advice and support.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and support the Marketing Assistant, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing within a law firm
* Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
* Proactive, polished, and discreet with a deep understanding of brand integrity.
