A Top 30 UK accountancy and advisory firm within a growing international network, known for steady expansion through acquisitions and strong regional presence. The firm operates across multiple service lines and advises a diverse portfolio of corporate, owner managed and public sector clients. This role will be operating out of our Nottingham office, as part of our vibrant and ambitious team. You will work with a wider team of 80 people within Nottingham across a range of service lines, and with a wider team of over 300 Audit colleagues across the group.
Job Description
Assist in the planning and execution of audits for a diverse range of clients.Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.Assist in the preparation of reports and audit files for review.Work closely with the audit team to ensure the timely completion of assignments.Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.Support the management of junior staff, providing on-the-job training and supervision.Ensure compliance with firm procedures and relevant regulations.Assist in the review of clients internal control processes and identify areas for improvement.The Successful Applicant
Part qualified or nearly qualified ACA or ACCARecent audit experience within practiceExposure to leading audits from planning to completionStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident with Excel and financial reporting standardsProactive with a desire to step into leadership responsibilityWhat's on Offer
