Competitive Salary:
* Training and daytime shifts: £12.71 per hour
* Evenings and night shifts: £16.52 per hour
* Weekend shifts: £18.42 per hour
Working Patterns: Part Time: 24 hours per week
Start date: From June 2026 onwards

* Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help or advice.
* Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.
* Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.
* Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.
* Make a difference with every conversation in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
