Willow is seeking a London-based co-founder to take charge of the commercial side of the business.
Willow already has a working product and traction with schools across the UK. A successful applicant should understand what it takes to be successful in a zero to one environment and be passionate about shaping the future of education.
You should be a generalist comfortable with taking ownership on a diverse range of tasks and have the perseverance, grit and determination required for success in a high-stress startup environment.
If successful, you will become an equal partner in the business (50/50 equity split). The role will be unpaid initially, however we are advanced in the Antler process and after a success fund-raise, a salary will become available.
The job description below is not prescriptive, you don't need to have every item on the list but you do need to be willing to work hard and learn fast! Previous EdTech experience is a massive advantage!
If you are interested, the first stage will be an informal conversation with Willow's founder, Jamie Munro.
