Senior Support Worker (Female Only) Location: Farnborough Salary: £14.25 per hour Hours: Full‑time, Days Start Date: ASAP Service Type: Residential Care - Mental Health Conditions About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker (Female) to join a residential care service supporting adults with mental health conditions. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position within a warm, supportive home environment where you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will support the management team, lead shifts, mentor junior staff and contribute to creating a safe, empowering and therapeutic setting for residents.
