About The Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to identify training needs and develop effective learning materials to address them. You’ll be responsible for researching, writing, refining, and producing digital resources - including eLearning modules, interactive guides, and PDF materials - to support our retail teams in the UK and USA.
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to capture departmental training requirements, craft clear instructional content, and transform it into engaging, high-quality eLearning experiences.

About You
Key Responsibilities
9. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
10. Create clear, engaging instructional content and materials.
11. Write and review eLearning modules, guides, and digital resources for clarity and accuracy.
12. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine content.
13. Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards.
14. Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently or in a team.
Skills and Experience
15. 1+ year in content, instructional, or copywriting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
16. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
17. Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear learning content.
18. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
19. Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
20. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
